The Metro St. Louis Cinderella Project is an event sponsored by the Community Council of St. Charles County. Promoting confidence and self esteem in junior and senior high school women, we provide the gift of a prom dress to young women in the metropolitan area who are unable to acquire one on their own. The young women are referred to the Community Council by high school counselors. Over 50 high schools in the metro area were invited to refer girls to the project in 2012!

Community Council is an association of nonprofit, public and private partners interested in strengthening the local social service system. Through networking events, a volunteer programs and focused initiatives, the Community Council strives to provide a connection point for the community. We are a 501c3 organization and a proud member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
